01phtaya is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID), proof of address, and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawal privileges suspended.
01phtaya accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PESONet, Visa, Mastercard, 7-Eleven CliQQ, Cebuana Lhuillier, M Lhuillier, and USDT cryptocurrency transfers. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. All deposits are credited in Philippine Peso (PHP) at the prevailing exchange rate where applicable.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. Verified accounts using GCash or PayMaya typically receive withdrawals within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day. 01phtaya reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for e-wallet methods and ₱500 for bank transfers. Withdrawal requests below these thresholds will not be processed.
01phtaya employs automated and manual fraud detection systems. Any account suspected of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, use of stolen payment credentials, or exploitation of system errors, will be suspended pending investigation. Confirmed fraud will result in permanent account termination and referral to relevant authorities.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 01phtaya are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry periods. These specific terms are communicated at the time each offer is presented and form part of these Terms.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn.
